I believe the deepest transformation in love begins when you stop looking outside yourself for what can only be found within. I help people stop outsourcing love, come home to themselves, release the patterns that block true intimacy, and transform heartbreak and pain into power.
At the heart of my teaching is a simple truth:
You must become more whole within yourself to experience love without abandoning yourself.
Because love is not simply about finding the right person. It is about becoming the person who can love deeply without losing themselves, open their heart without giving away their power, and create intimacy without betraying their own truth.
I’ve facilitated 30+ transformational retreats and workshops rooted in Tantra, healing, embodiment and conscious relationship, and supported 350+ clients through their journeys of healing, intimacy and self-discovery.
My approach is deeply grounded, experiential and transformation-focused. I’m not here to simply give you more information, I’m here to help you recognize the patterns beneath the surface and create lasting shifts in the way you relate to yourself, love and life.
My work is informed by my own embodied journey, years of working closely with clients, extensive Tantra teacher training, esoteric mystery school teachings, a studying PhD in Esoteric Psychology and Meditation, and studies across spiritual, energetic and healing modalities.
But beyond any training, life itself has been my greatest teacher.
My own experiences of love, heartbreak, surrender, loss, awakening, and transformation have initiated me into this work from the inside out. I don't teach love as a concept. I teach what I have lived, embodied, questioned, broken open through, and continually returned to.
My work is ultimately about one thing:
Coming home to the love that you already are.
